1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by TalentTrove Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
TalentTrove Digital provides digital marketing, web development, and consulting services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Client agrees to pay all fees specified in the SOW. Invoices are typically due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for them. TalentTrove Digital retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, code, or methodologies used in the process.
5. Limitation of Liability
TalentTrove Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
